Default RE JET OR NOT

Have Blueflame evo twin outlet should you re jet or adjust fueling with the baffles out, anybody with experiance?

Shouldn't have to if the rest is the same. Might be a good idea to go up a size of jet anyway, but it shouldn't be neccesary.

one othrt thing what good would a dyno-jet kit do then ?

It would optimise fueling (in conjunction with dyno runs), but really is not necessary unless you absolutely have to get every single horsepower from your motor.
