Looks to me he ran into the bike in front with his brake lever.

Jammed the brakes full on and over he went.

Good call by The Basket I think. It was partly the Ducati accelerating and the other bike just edged across him. Brake lever "slammed on" by the contact with the back end of the other bike. You wouldn't want to through that would you?!

from what i can tell he is in front of the bike and slides off the screen mid left.. you can just about make it out
