This question really applies to my 636 but it would be applicable to my old SV so I am sure someone here has wondered about the answer and would like to know.
I want to move my clutch and brake levers down so that I don't have to bend my hand upwards to grab them. I cant twist my front brake down further because unlike my SV the ring with the throttle cables coming out of it is in the way. The question is if I loosen that bracket and twist the throttle cable thing down further, will it screw up the throttle adjustment? You can see what I mean and what I need to do below. The Ninja guys haven't really been able to help, guess they aren't as technically minded as V Twin riders. ![]() |

I think fizz did this with the levers on his SV, i don't think there was a big issue with any thing but i expect he'll be along to tell you for sure.
