Well motoliner apparently straightened my bent disc but the brakes are still grabbing

As an outside suggestion, because it made a huuuuge difference to my brakes, remove the front brake lever, clean alll around the pivot and then grease liberally. When Sid Squid did this to mine, whose brakes were so notchy they were like a three position switch, it transformed them completely. Certainly worth a try, and very quick to do.

I'll put it on the list of things to do at the weekend (which includes fit new exhaust and replace rear pads) but I would be supprised if that were it. The bike lurches a lot if I put the front break on to any degree and I can feel pulses through the lever.

The pulses could be either a warped disk or knackered or very loose head-race bearings (had those too
