Hi peeps just got this from a friend and thought you guys would like to know about it too. Check out below as I have three friends that have got this and they all swear by it and im getting it done too:
FYI: http://www.ultraseal.com/Pages/prodI...s/prodInf.html for £20 you get some gunk in both tyres that is sold as being able to permanently fix a puncture up to 6mm in diameter that is good for 50k miles and 156mph. For me, £20 was an easy purchase choice (£20 now or a puncture in the future and a 2 hour wait for the AA). Norman Larkin (Nice bloke too)(0118 9831941, 07939 14555) has a mobile installation van and tell him i sent you. More info: http://www.ultraseal.biz/pages/bikers.htm http://www.ultraseal.biz/pages/about.htm Good luck peeps. |

"One treatment will provide additional longevity and cooler running tires for the legal tread life of the tire."
That bit concerns me; aren't tyres designed so that as they warm up they get grippier? |

I use UltraSeal and have recommended it several times on the forum, as have others, as it really does fix punctures.
I'm sure I'm in to double figures now with the punctures I've had on my Avon Vipers that have been sorted without needing to go to a tyre place because of UltraSeal, so that's easily covered the costs, and I may have had more that I've not even noticed. The only thing I will say say is that you still do need to check your tyre pressures as I always seem to need to add a few PSI to my tyres every week, even though the makers claim UltraSeal removes the need to do this. Using Tahir's experience as an example in this: Quote:
* And the type of tyre that can be repaired as well, some high speed rated tyres are recommended not to be repaired, simply it is considered that any damage to a tyre intended for use at high stress levels is too much.
