Please Help! Help! ignition problem
Hello people
I have a SV650 year 2000, and I have left it in my garage for at least 12 months since i was away from home. so today i charged the battery, I'm sure the battery is ok. I also checked all fuses, they are all fine. now comes the problem, why the starter won't work? silence and no response at all when I press the ignition.???? what possibly went wrong? please advise. |

Did you pull the clutch in?

yes I did pull the clutch in.
the gear is in "N", tried the side stand down and up. also unplug and re-plug the clutch lever switch cable. still not works hear small click sound from the 30A fuse box when pressing ignition. Help! |

Loose connections/dry joints?
How sure are you of your battery?If you left the bike untouched and did'nt charge the battery for 12 months I'd put money on the battery being shagged.
