Visa or Mastercard
I've had a visa card for about 25 years with different banks, currently Goldfish. The other day they sent me a new card out of the blue - 'here is your new card, sign it with blood blah blah' - but noticed its a new number and a mastercard, not visa. Should I give a damn, is mastercard accepted world wide same as my visa is (was) ?

Yup. Lot of banks shifting to Mastercard from Visa at the moment. I think it's a knock-on fro chip-and-pin, loads more visa debit cards out there now.
