Man Flu
What a dose of the dreaded man flu!
Sore throat, persistant cough, blocked sinuses, runny nose, headache... the sinuses are the worst at the moment, does anyone have any 'quick fixes' for blocked sinuses? Much appreciated. GYKD

Talk a nice walk to the ocal chemist and get a small bottle of Eucalyptus oil. 5-10 drops in the hot water.
If you dont have a local chemist, a tesco will have probably put it out of business, so pop in their and nick a bottle instead. Or a little pressure just under your tear ducts and small circular motions should help relieve the pressue a bit.

Stick two bits of toilet tissue up your nose for 5 minutes, try not to answer the door like it but then take them out.
