Liz ( e.d ) has nearly 15000 on her K5, its 11 months old

Bear in mind it was off the road for nearly 3 months during that time.

OK...you are supposed to ride a motorcycle?

3500 miles is more than average.

Is it? I thought about 4000 was average.

My R6 is on about 9500, 13 months old now... But around 6.5k were abroad, and mostly motorway as a result.

Dont understand who decided what the average mileage is...bikes are for riding, I am sure if you can do 10K in a car in a year, why cant you do it on a bike?

They make me laugh!!!!

And after the North/South rideout this weekend it'll have another 1000 miles on it, so it'll be 16,000 miles.

I used to do 25,000 miles a year just going to work and back. Plus leisure miles. Now I do considerably less. Will be adding a further 1,000 ish this weekend though. I will be in need of another service when I get home.
