Default Battery woe

Battery went last week, called AA to get a boot, the guy said the alarm was draining and at about a year probably best to get a new one. (after losing one of the bolts!) Anyway, bike OK for a few days with plenty of riding to charge her up and she went again. Bought a battery(shop charged it for 24 hours) and fitted it yesterday. Bike fine, went for ride around the block - fine. Four hour later the bikes dead. Lights are fine, alarm seems fine but the starter isn't even trying. TRied everything I know, which admitedly isn't a lot, anyone any ideas?

Cheers
Sean

Do a search for Regulator / Rectifier... sounds like your might be knackered and your batteries not charging ?
