i am about to bid on another set of leathers (HG) from ebay...but first i would like some advice on sizes
![]() the trousers are euro 46/uk36 & jacket is euro 58/uk48 i tried a HG euro 58 jacket on & it was a bit tight,but i am only 42" chest i have looked on the HG website,but cant find a chart that shows the sizes |

Ring up one of the shops, they should be able to help. BUT as I've said before (and undoubtably will say again) ideally you should try them on in the shop, difficult to do on eb*y. Good luck.

Oh yes.....
.....and just be aware that the shops are selling a lot of stuff at much reduced pricing right now, so there will be eBayers out there trying to make a couple of quid....... Cheers, Garry ![]() |

When I was in HG 2 weeks ago the salesman told me that their sizes for leathers have changed so going into the shop might not work. I believe he said they'd got bigger as I was expressing cynicism that they would fit me.

for jackets a 50 = 40 chest
for trousers a 50 = 30 waist general rule of thumb for jackets subtract 10 from euro size, for trousers subtract 20 from euro size. although give or take a little room though it's not 100% exact but close enough ![]() Sammy (ps i used to work for HG Purley) |
