Default Brake Fluid Resevoirs

I can't see how much is in there simply by looking at the side of them am I doing something wrong or is this common?

If so is it best to simply open the cap and look?

Also where is the rear one?

and where do I check the coolant levels?

Either the fluid is very new or missing, open and have a look.

I dunno about pointys, maybe the rear reservoir is under the seat.?

And lastly RTFM

The rear reservoir is on the right hand side just above the heel plate, you should be able the see the level without opening.

Not always, if the fluid is new it is pretty clear and if totally full then there is no line to see.

I have never seen a reservoir run out unless there is something seriously (eg obviously) wrong with the brakes....

So I've got no need to worry then?

What about the coolant?

Inside the reservoir is a black rubber seal - if you cant see the fluid level it's probably because this is in the way. Open the lid and you can push it back out of the way.
