![]() ![]() Picture this. Slowing into traffic, my SV growls deeply through its titanium baffle-less Scorpion with a low, satisfying rumble. Into first gear with a neat blip of the throttle. Such a wonderful soundtrack, suddenly shattered as I ease on the rear brake and induce a ear piercing wail from the squeakiest brakes I think you'll ever hear! ![]() So what makes disc brakes squeak? Pads and disc all look fine. |

Won't hurt to whip out the pads and retaining pins and spread copper grease on the back of them.
