Apologies if anyone has posted this before, but i came across this on the web the other day and thought some people might find it useful.
http://www.muc-off.co.uk/Tech%20Shop...20Cleaning.pdf I know its little more than a thinly disguised attempt to relieve you of your hard earned cash for a case full of muc-off products, but some of it is useful especially if you're new to caring for bikes like me. |

The key is to get a good layer of protective dirt onto the bike before winter *really* kicks in

Muc Off - Rip Off, just buy traffic film remover (I like Clartkes, available from Machine Mart) dilute it to a quarter solution and apply using a spray bottle to a wet bike. works really well and about a fifth of the wonga!!

Muc-Off is reasonably good, but a bit over-priced. I bought two 5 litre containers at the NEC Bike Show for £24.00, which is OK, but I wouldn't pay full price for it. I use it on my bike, car, push-bikes, etc.
