Whatever happened to that UK bike film that was in the works. 3 London couriers getting into trouble with an outlaw bike gang in Wales. Looked good from the coverage during making, but I remember they were having difficulty finding a distributor, did it ever see the light of day?

I remember reading about that, that looked good, I wanted to see that.
Who was supposed to be in it. Wasn'tit some dude who was in famous film years ago about mods on opeds or something (the old film I mean)....
