good - ish. You can get loads of free minutes- but go over them and its a huuuge bill! call centers in india are a nightmare. Their accent mixed with a really low quality line makes it impossible. The phones are bigger than they look too so make sure you go to an outlet to check them out.
however i've been with them 3 years, and its been fine. (the reception issue is a myth. 3 uses the o2 network aswell as its own). and stick to your allowance and its really cheap. You can haggle so many discounts if you go to their store (in superdrug) |

I was with Three .... could only stand it for a year. That's not to say they are bad, their free internet roaming is good and the tariffs aren't bad either. It's just that reception on the N70 I had was poo .... oh, and the few times I had to speak to customer services was hard too (Never did quite get the correct address for my old flat correct).
Went back to Orange ... and now have a Sven Erricson W950i (but you didn't need to know that) |

Got both.
Phones nice, although I'm not the person to talk about fancy bells n whistles as I tend to phone and text and that's about it. Never have any trouble with coverage or service. 3 themselves - I got a discounted contract fee for 6 months so I'm getting a good deal. If you have any cause to phone them you may struggle to get what you need out of them, as I've never spoken to anyone from 3 who works outside of India. |
