Get a chance to test ride the latest bikes and have your skills assessed by the police.................and it's all FREE!

If you don't want to try a new bike you can always take an assessed ride on your own bike. The police aren't interested in loud cans or small number plates either

Had a couple of test rides today. BMW R1200s and 800ST. Was booked on a Buell too but they ended up running late so didn't get a play on that. Nearly all the test bikes were booked by 10am, partly because there were not so many manufacturers available. No Suzuki, Triumph, Aprilia, Guzzi or Ducati. Very poor showing.

There must've been about 50 bike cops there from all over the country including Ireland. A lot of them were taking the demo bikes out as they did the assessment runs.

I also saw a Harley, ZZR1400, SP2, Africa Twin and R1 police bikes.

Rumour has it that it's gonna be held at Hendon next year.
