I am thinking of getting TalkTalk's free broadband and am wondering what you thought of their service. Apparently you get free broadband and free international calls for a bit less than we are paying now. I think its meant to be slightly faster, because we only have BT broadband basic just now which I think is 500kb/s.
The TalkTalk has a monthly download limit on it though, how quickly is this reached? Opinions appreciated ![]() |

I'm on TalkTalk and am happy with the service I'm currently getting. I get about 6Mb, all inclusive local, national and international calls as well as line rental for £21 a month. Bargain!
There were a couple of problems getting switched over, but now I've switched, I couldn't fault their service. |

TalkTalk suck, was with them a couple of years ago, glad i got out when i did cause from what ive seen the service went from bad to worse
![]() BUT if you're only interested in FREE broadband, you get what you pay for! I use quite a bit of bandwidth, so im with Bulldog's 8M service. Virgin media are doing some good deals (if you're in a cable area) and you dont mind not having any sky channels! ![]() |

No If your mobile contract is £30 per month or more for an 18 month contract, you can get FREE broadband etc etc etc ... Check out www.orange.co.uk full details can be dug out from their website. Orange is the old freeserve isp, so most of the issues were sorted a long time ago !!! Works well for me anyway Terry |

Just gone on to Talktalk free BB downing @ about 6Mb @ the mo,
getting BB was the tough part, about 20 phone calls to there customer service dept, and then finally got p155ed off and went to the nearest Carphone Warehouse to see someone face to face... 5 days later.... service up and running, and not had a problem in the 2 weeks since I've been on...touch wood.
