Default Track Day II

What an absolute scream that was!!
Why haven't I done one before?
Oulton is a really fun track and I would love to go back and do it again.
I may have been on the only non sports bike out there but I didn't embarass myself.
I did 6 sessions and in the first 5 some poor bloke on a ZXR750 suffered the sight of me stuffing it up the inside of him at Druids 3 times , up the inside of him at Cascades (What a corner!!) once , round the outside of him at Cascades twice and once up the inside at the chicane !! He didn't come out for the final session!!!!
My tyres are sha**ed!
I met up with a couple of the riders at a service station on the way home and they told me that despite them being on Gixxer 750s they couldn't keep up with me!! I didn't fall off but did have an adventure on the grass and much to the suprise of the marshall I kept it upright! Thank the Lord for ABS!

Sorry about the lack of piccies but the batteries in the camera were deader than a dead thing!

Nice to hear you had a good day out. Did you drive there and back today as well? Long haul.

I rode up to my parents in Chesterfield on Monday, rode across the Peak District including the Cat & Fiddle run on Tuesday morning, did the track day and rode home Tuesday evening.
