Default Do I buy a new twin?

I dropped my SV recently and am currently patching it up as and when parts are available. However not having a bike is killing me and I've been offered a Ducati 900 monster at a great price. It's 15,000 miles and on a P plate. It's immaculate and I know the owners brother very well and know the owner reasonably well. It's got plenty of trick parts on without being over the top and really looks the mutts nuts.

So I guess what I'm asking is do I go for it?

If the price is right? Why not.

According to Parkers, there's no such thing as a P plate Monster 900 so I'd run a mile.

Or offer him £1500 depending...

Lovely looking bike, in an industrial sort of way!
Can't help thinking that 78bhp from a 900 is not too clever though.
.............would love an S4 though!

With 15'000 miles on the clock it's either a reliable Ducati, or is at the end of it's life and he wants rid............

Do all the usual checks and offer low.
