Should I be paranoid

I've just started getting spam . . . in German

I ordered a pair of tyres for the cage last week, from mytyres.co.uk, who are actually a German company. They're usually very good, but this time only one tyre turned up, so I've been exchanging emails with them trying to sort it out. I use Googlemail as my main email account, and some of the emails have been in a language other than English (I'm not convinced it was German either, but what can you expect from a free translator )

So, clearing out my spam folder today, I noticed that quite a number of them are in German.

Is this a coincidence, or is something more sinister afoot

I've also recieved loads of spam from germany, must be a new group of wonkers
