Blue Flame Pain in the Ar&e
Tried to fit my blume flame tri oval evo 3 tonite, did it fit properly? Did it h£ll!
Its now on the bike sticking out to the right at the back, when I started her up the baffle rattled, beginning to think that it was a stupid thing after reading post on here about them. Too late to get money back , sent an email of complaint, £300 well spent, keep you posted... |

Re: Blue Flame Pain in the Ar&e
I suspect They've sent you the wrong link pipe, its quite common for them to do this.
As for the baffle rattle, just take the baffle out This is the MD of Blue flame's email address, he is a decent enough chap and should sort your problems out if your first email doesnt get you anywhere. rgeskell@blueflameperformance.com

As for the baffle rattle, can't say I noticed it that much with the blueflame but circlip pliers can easily(careful you don't have your eye out though) remove the circlips that hold them in. I've got a much worse rattle with my Yoshi but it'll be offensively loud if I took it out so I've learnt to live with it. |

Re: Blue Flame Pain in the Ar&e
I'd take the baffle out but I am worried about the noise in the neighbourhood of oldies and nosey neighbours don't want them to have grounds for complaint. Maybe I'll do it anyway.
Fizzwheel thx for email address, waiting to hear from the first one It probably is just link pipe but even so, it seems to be a common thing they get wrong, you would learn wouldn't you? Oh well have to put back the original all bandaged up |
