Hey Suicide, have a good time! Teide is worth the trip, make sure you walk round the path to get the view over to the islands to the south west and pick up a few rocks on the way, you'll find the ground underneath them is warm from the volcano.

Superb Mate!

Must admit though - we found a lovely little stretch of tarmac out your neck of the woods tonight- Abs is still running in the Kwak, so 4000 RPM for a bit Still managed to have a ball in the lovely evening sunshine tho'.

Have a good 'un.

F%$·"ing tour company made an ass of things.. never got there today.. just had to go burn next to the pool

Going to see a nice man from Avis about a car in the morning.. I´ll get there yet! Would love to go hire a bike for it, but my hol insurance will not cover me for a proper bike

Seen a lesser spotted curvy today.. an it was black! Does that make it the best colour

Off for more beer

Better in charge of you own destiny anyway, there are a few places on the way up you'll want to stop, wander about and take photo's. Some bits you think your on the moon.

We hired a golf convertable and toured the Island about...... crikey about 15 yrs ago, the road up into the hills was great and the views from Teide were excellent. If you need....hire a car and do it yourself.

Almost forgot, sorry if it's too late!

Drive the serpentine road to Masca, it's very impressive.

You kind of expect Tenerife to be all steak and chips and big screen football, but there's a lot to discover inland and in the north.

Dam.. home again

Well I ended up driving a nice wee VW Polo with A/C Took off in the direction of the big pointy hill an found the Teide cable car place

Think Ali was wishing that i got lost She was a bit by the time we got back to the bottom

Ralph..
Was looking at the path heading off round the top, but the temprature up there was low enough to freeze the whitsits off the proverbial!! 5deg c with a 40 mph wind at 3718 mtrs up = lets go back down dear There was nothing warm about it up there!!
Took some pics from the top. if they turn out any good I'll fire a few up.

Went up/down through Oratova to the North, was based in Puerto De La Cruz for the week.

Gary...
Any idea what roads you were playing on over this way? There's a few good ones.. and plenty for going air borne on
