Kamakazy - very sad - SV650.org

Mrs T i.e Kamakazy, currently has a pointy red 650s. A trip to George Whites in Swindon Sat 9th and a sudden trade in opportunity presented itself and she is now the proud owner of an SV1k special edition in blue/white, all paid for curtesy of very generous hubby (me!). Oh happy happy happy is she

Insurance sorted only £97 more a year above the 650!

... Oops, phone call from GW's - bike was actually sold half hour beforehand but the loon (i'm trying to temper my language) hadn't switched the display tickets. Grrrr! Kamakazy no longer happy. Nice one Georgie boy NOT

So the hunt is now on for another. Good luck to the new owner though - great bike and great deal for them.

Gutted for her, she was really looking forward to getting that bike as well. So is it a 1000 she is still after then or is an other bike on the cards?

Hope she finds what she wants soon.

Oh how cheeky I am going to be now, so does that mean the belly pan is for sale now?? LOL (well if you don’t ask you don’t get) or you can just tell me to f-off!

Cant they get you another one?

I would have thought there would be soem kind of obligation if you signed paperwork etc.

Quick call to Citizens Advice might be useful

A Ford dealership near me did that to a friend of mine, they had just signed the papers for an ex-demo Focus Estate in excellent nick when they found out it already been sold, so they offered them one of two deals, either a spanking brand new one exactly like the one they were after or another ex-demo but with better finish, both for the same money they would be paying for the original one. They ended up buying the brand new one for the price of the ex-demo.

my mate has a special edition sv1000s forsale its a 55 reg with i think low mileage i can find out a price for you and it may include a set of akapovics
