Default Disc locks

any one use a disc lock if so which one do you recommend as im looking to bye one

Also looking for a chain all advise welcome

i got an apparently 'thatcham approved' 'onguard' one. its so blinkin heavy you could seriously hurt someone with it. they're about 30 quid. comes with an idiot stretchie thing to remind people like me its attached. not that you wouldn't notice it wasn't there cause its huge

I've got a Motrax Chromo disc lock & chain like this one --->



It's not particularly user friendly so with hindsight I'd say don't go for this type of lock!

I use a xena alarm disc lock,, 110db siren even if you touch the bike. Works a treak, and i don't think i'll forget to leave it on, it'll tell me off!!!!

thats the whole point. the harder it is the more they're put off

ok so im stuck between the xena alarmed one and the boss on both around the same price but the oxford boss one is thatcham approved
