Radiator cover install nightmare

Can anyone help me? I got a radiator cover for a 05 SV650 naked (original Sukuki part). The problem is: I got it on ebay (used), and to my luck it came w/ no hardware+installation info at all. Can anyone describe to me what hardware comes w/ these radiator covers when you get them new? If I could get that info I could make a run to a local hardware store and try to improvise. I have seen a pic on the web and i think it has some bushings,spacers, screws and what it looks like tie wraps??? (I can get no help from any Suzuki dealership here in America,it is unreal...)Any intallation info would be great too. The roles for the screws are pretty obvious, altough i suspect that the screws that hold those original metal radiator protectors are not the ones used to install the cover (they seem too short). How does the other end secures to the frame? (I see a single hole there, what is it for???)Thank you!
