Battery Optimiser.

I bought one the other day from eBay, item number 270139806573.

The battery on my curvy went flat because as i haven't been riding it as my test is this week. Bought this to keep the charge up, but after leaving it plugged in for over 24hrs, started the bike up but i didn't hold the revs up so it stalled a few seconds later, then it was flat again! Am i right in presuming this is either crap or faulty?

just checked the link, & you have the older optimate did you follow the instuctions, it should tell you when your battery is fully charged

it could be your battery thats faulty,

+ 1 for buggered battery

new battery required me thinks

When i use my car charger on it, it's fine, just when i use the optimiser everything goes pear shaped! The point of using the optimiser is i don't have to disconnect the battery from the bike.
