Msn Virus Warning

Be careful if you get a file from a known source that says "see my new pics" on MSN this is a malicious file that sends itself to anyone online in your contacts.
dont open just shut down and restart Messenger

Have spent most of tonight trying to rid the bloody thing, have scanned and spybotted but it still there, will wait for tomoz's virus release and check again

Ah so thats what that message you sent me last night was about... luckily i didn't open it. Thanks for the heads up!!

I got this one from somewhere (but don't remember opening any such file as mentioned). However the next thing I know someone on my contact list was saying "Why do you want me to share a folder?" (uh-oh - first warning sign).

After that, I just re-installed Windows on my laptop (seemed the quickest fix and the laptop needed it anyway).

I now use Trillian for IM MSN has given me a few too many worms/viruses/trojans :/
