Default Bike dropped any ideas?

Hi all, parked bike outside my grannies house yesterday, walking to the door and heard THAT noise for the 1st time, fortunately it only fell about 45 degrees, saved by her fence. Thought there was no damage until got it home and noticed a slight bulge on the fairing near the left mirror. So took of the mirror to try and see if the bulge would magically go away, and actually it did lol, then i noticed that a metal bar behind where the mirror was had bent. So i took of the other mirror to see if it was the same but it isnt, so inother words when i dropped the bike the bar must have bent, and now the holes where the mirror screws back into dont line up on the dropped side and the bar wont bend back to shape so i cant put on the mirror again that i took of.
Complete novice by the way, any ideas?

Sounds like it's just a matter of bending in back to where it should be...any luck someone more knowledgeable'll be along with the why & wherefore etc....

Just had another look and the metal bar thats bent looks to be perhaps part of the frame, tried moving it with pliers, not a chance. Perhaps a previous accident i didnt know about as surely that little drop couldnt have bent it about 1-2 inches, maybe im just panicking. Its only the the 3 inch part of metal bar that the mirror bolts into that is bent,
HELP!
