Default F*ck!ng Wasps!!

Halfway through my lesson yesterday on a 500cc, nicely going round a long bend at 60ish when Splat, closely followed by "sting sting sting!!"

Right in my bloody neck!! Bugger me it hurt, oh and not to mention just a 'tad' unsettling when I'm trying to get used to a bigger bike!!

I knew I hated those little sh!ts for a reason!!

Being a Roman Catholic, I totally agree with you.

better than what happened to a friend of mine, going along and collected a wasp between her head and the helmet lining, just hit perfectly to get wedged in there and was buzzing like mad

I got one the other day go down the collar on my jacket, trying to squash it was a bad move as it just stung more.
Had to stop when it had worked its way down to belt height.
Stopping on the side of a busy italian a-road or an angry wasp in you pants is a hard call.

When riding to work one morning recently I cracked my visor open a wee bit to stop it from steaming up... and two wasps flew straight in, bounced off my face and disappeared! I don't remember pulling over, parking up or removing my lid. I do remember seeing a lot of bemused faces turned in my direction once my frantic struggles and hysterical squealing had stopped however...

So if you were the guy on the black Triumph going the other way and wondering why that sv rider was breakdancing at the side of the road in full leathers..? Well, now you know...

I hate them too ...

Was sat out in a friends back garden once having a spot of lunch when 2 wasps having a fight (either that or vigourous amour?!) stopped an inch in front of my nose as I was about to take a bite on a sandwich ... I yelled some expletives and leapt up & BACK ... breaking the flimsy plastic B&Q garden chair in the process

Also got hit by one during a DAS lesson - although thankfully I was only in the car park doing 20mph at the time. Instructor asked me why I'd taken my lid off and when I told him he just laughed and said "that'll teach you to keep ya visor shut"
