Tail pack bungy attachment, please help.

Hello everyone

I have a pointy K4 S

Got myself a oxford 1st tail pack and I'm having a little trouble getting the bungy hooks to stay on.

Got one lot of hooks on the pillon peg hook, easy done.
The other side of the bungy I'm guessing hooks under the grab rail but they keep slipping off with the slightest touch as the grab rail is in the way of the hooks and stops the hooks getting a good attachment under the grab rail.

Does anyone else have this problem? work arounds or other hooking points.

I've got the same bike as you, and the oxford sports tail pack.

My tail pack has two bungies underneath in an 'X' shape. The front two I attach to the pillion peg hooks, and the rear two to the small pegs under the grab rail - facing in. The hooks have bent a little , but always stay in place.

Are yours the metal bungies, or the think plastic ones? If the plastic ones, replace them with the slimmer metal ones and it should help.

Thats the one with the 'X' shape bungy.

Front two on the pillion peg hooks - CHECK
Back two on the small pegs under grab rail - CHECK

Bend the hooks for under grab rail, yes I have the metal ones - need to do
