why is it when i ring them they havent a clue what i'm on about? so i explain and the nice person on the other end sorts it all out? NOT
so ring the next day they know nothing about it either?
todays phone call about getting the sv back was classic (get this) they didnt know where the sv was? so i got no money and no bike?
3 phone call's later i find it in a salvage yard in darlaston, i should get her back on thursday but i'm not holding my breath

yeah, im with them, and they always seem to think i have car insurance with them>??

& im still waiting since july as to whats happening with my claim

You inferred that you thought blame was even, so 50/50 knock for knock. With that you'll lose your no claims and might have to pay an excess. Surely its better to pretend it never happened?
