Sorry guys just needed to get this off my chest.

shell babe, take heart in that i know EXACTLY how you feel,im actually feeling quite tearful as im just so frustrated and bored! i cant go out far as i just get so tired so quick, yer i know im being impatient as its only been just 3 weeks now but didnt realise id miss my bike/freedom this much

funny how you adapt to using your knees and feet when you have an arm out of action i better start my christmas wrapping now how long its taking me.
