CCC have a good reputation, i can't really say i've heard a great deal about IXIL.
Another budget manufacturer which gets rave reviews is Fuel. Thats what i would get if i was on a budget. |

CCC oval can, 10 minutes to fit to a pointy (with angle grinder). wifes reaction " is it supposed to sound like a harley?". That was 2 weeks ago, we have just started talking again.
I got it of e-bay for not much, as it was off of a curvey I contacted them (ccc) about a link pipe, they told me £35 inc postage but why did I want one? I explained situation and the guy told me that there was a 6.5 degree difference in kick out and that I wouldn't notice it and not to bother. I think that's good customer service. Not seen a fuel but one of my friends has just brought one and is impressed with quality of it though. Get a can though, really rich sound and lets the engine express itself. |

a would advise you not to put a carbon can on an SV the power pulses are too strong and they rattle out of there rivets most companies will not give you a lifetime guarantee with a carbon on a twin or single, check these out £195 for a coloured titanium can with a lifetime guarantee

Yes, make the distinction between a carbon can and a Carbon Can Company exhaust that do excellent stainless steel oval cans for the SV. My conversion is on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v5sbnSTW5Ak I reckon it sounds great, even with baffle in, and I coouldn't be more happy with it. £117 delivered off their ebay shop IIRC.
