Default Suspension help!

Hi all,
I live in Darlington, North East.
I have a 2002 Curvy and want to get the original suspension serviced and set up to suit me and riding style.
Does anyone have any advice on doing this or anyone in the area that is able to do the job?

Upgrading the standard stuff is well within the reach of the home mechanic. If I can do it, anyone can.

Before you start a few questions, how much do you weigh?
Are you road or track riding?

I'm no home mechanic, I would struggle with a shelf lol.
I weigh 14st, and it for mainly fast road routes with lots of twisty bits, for those who know the route Alston Moor, and helmsley.
What would you suggest?

Ah! Maybe you should talk to Yorkie Chris, he might be able to sort you out with new front springs and oil.
