Default Exhaust underside bolt bracket repair

Ok, so i dont know if anyone has seen this but im pretty sure as its probably the most exposed part of the bike and the worst designed i thought i would show how i repaired it as i had to hack through the bolt to remove the exhaust, all it was doing was turning due to the rust. Just check out the how bad it was!

Welds drilled out!

Out you come with a junior hacksaw you nasty piece of rusty nut and bolt behind a bracket within a bracket !?!

Filed down inside and ready for a stainless steel M8 40mm nut & bolt, the way it should have been designed in the first place.

The exhaust is s/s as i was educated on another thread! - unfortunately in suzuki's cost saving wisdom for the sv they used a nut and bolt that wasn't s/s
