Default Advice on working with aluminium sheeting?

Hey all,

Would like to create some panels for the beemer, as she'll always look industrial, so shine aint an issue.

Could people advise on:

a) where to buy from (wont need a lot!)
b) best method of cutting
c) if any treatment after is required

Cheers all,

Tim

Dealers sell bits on eBay or try www.aluminiumwarehouse.co.uk

A fine ish blade in a jigsaw will do a decent job of cutting, or could buy a drill powered nibbler.

Go round your local metal (ones that manufacturer ali angle ect ect) forming places and ask for some off cuts, just say your not a pikey and what you want it for and you'll get some. Place round the corner from me always gives me reasonable offcuts
