Default Which Dremel for work on the bike?

Looking at getting a Dremel but not sure which model. The 4000 seems to be the top of the range whilst the 300 seems to be a hobbycraft model.

Would the 300 be sufficient for things like polishing, cleaning and cutting through snapped off bolts etc?
