Weather forecasters........

Putting this in the Pennine Massive & Idle Banter, hopefully someone will be able to help.

Due to the usual last minute ar$e about with shifts I do get 1 day off this week, that'll be today & due to the time I got finished yesterday (okay make that this morning!!!) I've just got up after only a couple of hours ZZZZ's.

It's (relatively) sunny so I'm fancying a lil bimble out on the bike. Last rode it the other night at about 02:30hrs on the way home in the snow, I throughly enjoyed the average speed of 12/15mph in 1st gear with the brand new only got 25 miles on them tyres slipping & sliding all over the place.

Lookinbg at getting them fully scrubbed in today - thinking of heading over to Scarborough for fishes & chippies finished off with a lemon top.

Anyone been over the A171 (Scaling Dam road) then the A170 back towards Pickering then Thirsk recently??????

Local news said it snowed again on the high ground overnight so don't fancy heading up places like Sutton bank & getting onto the top of the moors to find it's still snowy.

The whole point is to become more PROGRESSIVE (okay wring the SV's freakin neck) as the tyres get duly scrubbed in.

Apologies to all those southern/western/Welsh/Scottish/Irish peeps who've just read all this & realised it's got naff all to do with your local............

Been both ways down & up Sutton Bank - no snow at all on road - just a little bit on the verges. Only got back a short while ago, so probably too late to be any use. ( story of my life )
