Default Countersunk plug?

I'm replacing all the crappy bolts on my rearsets and I'd like to change this countersunk one to a normal cap screw because they have bigger allen key sizes. These 5mm ones are pish

Where can I get a countersunk plug/washer to let me use a flat headed bolt?

Yeh I did think about that but I'm really lazy. I'd rather lower my left finger a few times on the mouse than go in to the garage I don't have, clamp the bolt in the vice that I don't have, then drill and cut it off

We used countersink fillers for aircraft modification and repair, and sometimes we did what Bibio suggested..

Boeing calls them repair washers, but Boeing doesn't use metric fasteners. I didn't have any luck searching for a place to buy them anyway.
Know anybody that works at a heavy aircraft overhaul station?

Still can't really find anything suitable. Might just have to get the standard bolts and be gentle with them.

Depending on the thread size you need, are countersunk sprocket bolts any good? Some of them have 8mm hex socket heads, stand a fair bit of abuse.
