Hugger a little close?
Fitted a skidmarx hugger, and its a little close to the tyre on the right but seems rigid enough. I can get the end of my index finger between is this enough?

Re: Hugger a little close?
Have you spun the tyre round and checked the hugger isn't rubbing on it anywhere?
If so, & there is no rubbing it's safe. |

Re: Hugger a little close?
The tire will grow a bit at speed. If it's not touching now just take it easy and check it after a couple of rides. If it's still not touching go a bit faster next time......and so on. It's won't just touch and burst instantly, there will be tell tale marks on both the tire and the hugger.
