Craig's Plates
Just catching up, I got 2 small plates made up by Craig's Plates, and can't recommend them too highly. Nice quality plates, fast turnaround, great service... And unlike all the others I tried, they're totally happy to use custom graphics for a ghost or logo on your plate. Plus, when i placed my order I found they were all still in the shop at 10pm on a friday filling orders.
The prices are pretty much the same as everywhere else, but the service is just so much better.
