Default paypall - so much hassle

im trying to get verified as paypal wont pay someone because im up to my spending limit, it seems to be taking forever, and i need to pay someone pretty sharpish.

does everyone do this ? or do they just setup another paypal account ?

I did it ages ago. It took me a week or two, so you might be better off getting another account.

no probs with paypal here, the first transaction did take 9 days tho.

it sucks! - if its just a one off transaction and the seller is a registered business with Paypal you will have the option of setting up / or not setting up an account when paying if they invoice you. Put in another email address and credit card (to the one you registered) and it may go through.

Is this a limit per transaction or a limit over time? I've been using Paypal for years.

For certain account types there is a monthly limit on how much you can put through.

Yup, email the seller. I was in the middle of a transaction when it happened to me. They appreciate the communication (well in my case they did).
