Bit of a newbie forum wise and ownership wise(got it today!) but where is the battery on the 1999 sv650s. Logic tells me its under the driver seat as it was with my mito :P , but then how do i get the seat off if this is the case? Mr Suzuki has kindly left a lock to remove the pillion seat, but i would prefer not to crow-bar the driver seat off to find there was a way to remove it

yep under riders seat.
If you remove the two small black triangular panels below the seat, it will reveal the seat bolts ![]() |
