If it's jammed tight, get the exhaust nice & hot, then remove it, don't forget metal will expand a little bit when hot
If not, squirt a load of WD40 in there & leave it for a while - Hope these help |

Tried the WD40 method but no luck as for the hot exhaust sounds like a good plan will try that tomorrow...

Is is the bottom or top baffle ? Try getting the exhaust hot and then sticking the an ice cube on the baffle, the ice will cool the baffle which will make the metal contract, worth a try

Well had to wait till weekend as i am on stupid shifts..
rang Blueflame up and they where exellent sent me some new Baffles this morning... tried the warm the exhaust trick up but it REALLY WAS STUCK IN... so out came the drill pliers and everything... but... success its out admittingly not going to be able to use it again but wft... the guy at Blueflame says if your going to keep it in then apply some silicone lub around the edges to prevent it happening again.. just glad its out... |
