ok iphoners how do I
Wife pile of poo phone.
She wants to send texts, so selects messages then selects my son. Types the message and it fails to send and asks her if she wants to text it. Of course she does. Why do all her texts fail first time?

Re: ok iphoners how do I
If iMessage is on, then there is another choice to send as an SMS, this needs to be ticked! iMessage is only apple to apple users, else standard text is used!

it'll be somewhere in settings, I can't remember now. as I no longer have an iphone anymore unfortunately due to the ridiculous cost! I now suffer a cruddy Samsung.

Re: ok iphoners how do I
If that annoyed you Tim, wait till you find out it doesn't automatically try and re-send failed messages, e.g. if you're out of signal.
Fuming I was when I discovered that. Still am, tbh. |

Re: ok iphoners how do I
I thought most phones were like that?! certainly my current one doesn't re-send things automatically.
