Stainless exhaust clamp for Pointy front downpipe?
Hi everyone
I have a recently acquired a fully faired pointy 650S K6 and have just noticed the exhaust clamp that clamps the front downpipe to the centre section is really rusty, i havent managed to remove the fairing yet to see if there are anymore clamps in the same condition, but my 2 questions are: Is the exhaust stainless? And can i get replacement stainless clamps? Cheers |

Yes, the exhaust is stainless and will polish up nicely.
I replaced some of my clamps with mikalor marine grade stainless clamps.

I have just found them on web, could you tell me what size or sizes i need to order to replace those used on the exhaust please. Im assuming there is likely to be 2

+1 for "Mikalor", the items I've used from them have been very decent quality. "Norma" is another very good make of clip.
Search fleabay, loads of suppliers. (edit - beat me to it)

some are not the same as others so beware SS ones. the ones you want are the ones with SS bolts.

Which ones do you need?
The one where the header joins the collector box under the engine & the one which clamps the header pipe to the rear exhaust stub pipe?
