Is it a bad thing I didn't learn anything from that?
Just looked like a well drawn cringeworthy cartoon with snippets of common sense in one or two frames.
'road surfaces can be slippy in the rain', 'don't looks at boobs whilst riding'

Maybe it is worth reading if you're new to riding. But there's other things like roadcraft etc.

If you've been biking any amount of time, or have any significant road experience then clearly you're not the target audience.

If you're a complete and utter newbie then every little helps.
