What BS is this?

I know K&N have a good rep for the air filters, but "Designed to Increase Horsepower and Acceleration" - from an oil filter?

I've just reread that, and it even says "K&N Million Mile Limited Warranty".
I suppose it doesn't actually claim to increase HP, just that it was designed to, just as all those people design various contraptions to fly off the pier at Worthing (i.e. "Designed to" does not equal "Can"). It seems like you can claim almost anything these days.

It sounds like they've muddled the description with that of a K&N air filter.

dont bother with aftermarket oil filters, the OEM ones are always on special on bike of the month. this month they are £6.93 for genuine OEM 16510-07J00
