Hello evereebodee, I was wondering if anyone out there knows if a CCC end can with link pipe for a GSX r 750 ( although, apparantely it has bandit 600 down pipes?)
![]() For any one in the know the Diametres of the link pipe are as follows; can side - 52mm o/side 48mm i/side down pipe side - 54mm o/side, 51mm i/side. Any advice( bar any comments aboot buying a SV one!) much appreciated. ![]() |

Well for your troubles you could get a free flow for 110 posted and they get good comments on here of a few of the Soho lot. Shouldn't see why it wont work as long as you have the right link pipe though mate.

It might fit, but it might not be angled properly so the end can might not line up properly with the bolt hole in the pillion peg. Also I dont know if the link pipe will be the right length to bring the can strap up to the right place so that it lines up that way as well.
I would think you'll want an SV link pipe to be honest. If it were me I'd save myself alot of hassle and just get the right SV bits and pieces. Unless you like tinkering that is.

It'll probably be right.
The hangers have loads of bend in them to get it to work. However, for the amount of messing about, just get a secondhand link pipe off someone.

cheers all,
I does like a bit o tinkeren I do,I think the angles are the same but it is too long so would definately need shortened after the bend. I will see if I win it first(by 19:30) before making any rash moves. Cheers plowsie, If I do how much for the link pipe mate? |

oh... just one more question. Do link pipes usually fit inside or outside the cut end?
I would imagine out side though, so as not to restrict the bore. |

Yes mate the link pipe will fit outside and use a butterfly clip to tighten I would imagine.

Yes pretty much always over the top, tightened down with a clip.
A pipe wouldn't fit inside the SV collector anyway due to the perforated tube inside it.
